Artist Sean Scully's series of paintings titled Wall of Light,
take on the appearance of a brick wall, and are viewed by many as sculptural or architectural in design. His paintings were done mostly in oil, although some were executed in pastel, or watercolours. I have combined the mediums of acrylic and pastel to add textural effects.
